This “Terms & Conditions” policy discloses the purchase and return policy for Urban War Zone Paintball in Houston, Tx. This policy applies solely to purchases made on www.urbanwarzonepaintball.com or any of our affiliated websites. It will notify you of the following:

  1. Purchase and use policy
  2. Return / Cancellation policy
  3. Restrictions
  4. Resolving disputes
  5. Code of conduct


You are purchasing a paintball event that you’re going to love! We make every effort to make sure your equipment is ready for you when you arrive and that the check-in process is quick and simple.

Once your event is paid for, you’ll receive all the paintballs, food and drinks you purchased people in your party – regardless of how many guests actually arrive. Please instruct your guests to be on time or let you know that they are going to be late so that we can make arrangements.



Once you’ve purchased your event you’ll be able to show up at your reservation start time and have an awesome time playing paintball. If you aren’t able to make it to your event, that’s ok, we will convert your event to a gift certificate which you will be able to use any time in the next calendar year!

Because we get busy you’ll want guests to be on time for your event. We will try our best to accommodate guests who are late, but we may not be able to hold equipment.



Your safety is our top priority. We may not be able to host your event if there is lightning or severe weather. If there is severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your paintball party for another day. Weekend or weekday, we will accommodate you.

We do not accept anyone under 10 years old. Please verify that all players are old enough to play safely so there are no broken hearts on the day of play! Check our FAQ for additional details and recommendations.



Let us know if your plans change!

  1. For parties of less than 20: Cancel your event 24 hours prior to the start time to get a 100% refund.
  2. For parties of 20 or more: Cancel your event 72 hours prior to the start time to get a 100% refund.
  3. For parties of 40 or more: All sales are final. No refunds. No exceptions.

All charges are generally reversed within 48 hours. After we reverse the charges it may take up to 7 business days before you see a credit on your account.


Miss your event?

We know things come up and you may not be able to give proper notice of cancellation, but we’ve got you covered. We still want you to play!

We will mail you a gift-certificate which you may use any time within the next year! The gift certificate may be used any time we are open for a drop-in party, subject to availability.

Gift certificates are generally sent out within 5 business days.


We love our customers!

We’re human! While we try really hard to make sure every single person has a great time playing paintball at our facility, but we aren’t perfect and sometimes we make mistakes. When we do, that’s on us, and we’ll make it right.

We know you’re human too and you’ll make mistakes too, and that’s ok! We promise to treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve and hope you’ll do the same for us.



Players must sign the code of conduct

Urban War Zone Paintball is a family friendly environment. We are also a first-time player friendly environment. Experienced players must reduce aggression and speed of play vs beginners. We will not tolerate the abuse of the staff, facility, customers, or public by anyone on the property.

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at any time for any reason we feel is in the best interests of the business, the public, and other customers. Conduct is rarely an issue. Don’t make it one!
